We begin our journey in Risaralda, in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal, located approximately 1 hour from Pereira Airport. Time for lunch (lunch not included). The trip to Termales de Santa Rosa takes about 45 minutes by unpaved road, where we will enjoy the beautiful landscape the area offers and the relaxing thermal waters (shift time depends on arrival time and is for 4 hours). DAY 2: American breakfast.
We’ll depart to Quindío to visit Salento, known as the “Father of the municipalities,” with its colonial houses painted in a thousand colors, balconies filled with flowers, and artisan workshops. We’ll continue our journey to Cocora Valley to admire the Wax Palm, Colombia’s national tree, and the beauty of the landscape. Lunch. Afternoon to visit artisan workshops and the small streets of Salento. We’ll have a short talk with a passionate family about the wonders of cocoa, through the “Bean to Bar” concept, which means from seed to bar, a wonderful experience around chocolate made from fine and aromatic cocoa. This process offers endless possibilities of textures, shapes, and flavors. (snack). Accommodation according to selected category in Quindío.
DAY 3: American breakfast.
Enjoy the Coffee Tour on a traditional farm, a fully immersive experience where your senses will awaken observing the bamboo forests, flora, and fauna; feeling the varied textures, smelling the mix of aromas surrounding the coffee plantation, listening to the sound of nature, and tasting the fruit of this farm, which is part of the group of Special Coffees. In the afternoon, enjoy and experience the pleasure of horseback riding in this true paradise, where pristine nature captivates with its beauty, forests, rivers, and valleys of extensive nuances. An adventure program and interaction with the countryside and agriculture, riding for 2 hours through the most beautiful landscape of the department. DAY 4: American breakfast.
Coffee Park, a cultural tribute, where you can learn all about the coffee culture, marvel at the exuberance of the landscape, and feel the adrenaline of all the mechanical attractions it offers with the multiple passport. Coffee Park is a theme park that pays tribute to the coffee culture, located in the Colombian Coffee Axis, exactly in the department of Quindío, a beautiful region also called the “Green Heart of Colombia.” This emblematic park was founded in 1995 by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia (FNCC), aiming to preserve the cultural, ecological, and historical heritage of Colombian coffee and contribute to the country’s economy. It is noteworthy that during its 28 years, it has managed to rank among the top 10 parks in Latin America, according to IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions). Get your camera ready because when you enter Coffee Park, you will be greeted by the lush Quindío landscape, framed in different shades of green that connect with the majestic Central Andes, you will immerse yourself in a fun and magical journey where you will learn about the history, culture, customs, and process of Colombian coffee. In an area of 58 hectares, fun and nature converge, highlighting the nearly one hundred thousand (100,000) coffee plants grown throughout the Park, not to mention the imposing bamboo forests that traverse it, among other attractions that make this experience one of the most desired by locals and foreigners. - If any breach of any of the contracted services occurs at the destination, the agency TU RESERVA TRIP SAS will evaluate the case and will have up to 60 days (calendar) to respond to it.
